利用規約

本規約は、Discord Bot「SU | Athena」（Application ID: 1511713088657686720、以下「本Bot」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本Botをサーバーに導入した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本Botの機能

本BotはNGワード・緊急ワード検知、緊急ロックダウン、サーバー構造のバックアップ・復元、不審なアクティビティに対する自動対処（自動キック等）、管理者向けUIパネルを提供します。

2. 禁止事項

本Botの脆弱性を悪用した不正アクセス・妨害行為
本Botを利用した他のサーバーメンバーへの嫌がらせ・迷惑行為
本Botのリバースエンジニアリング（法令で許容される場合を除く）
Discordの利用規約に違反する行為

3. 免責事項

本Botは現状有姿で提供され、動作の完全性・無停止・無誤動作を保証するものではありません。自動ロックダウンや自動キックなどの自動対処機能が誤検知した場合であっても、運営者はその結果生じた損害について責任を負いません。バックアップ・復元機能によるサーバー構造の変更（チャンネル削除を含む）は破壊的操作であり、実行前の確認手順を経ても実行結果について運営者は責任を負いません。

4. サービスの変更・停止

運営者は、予告なく本Botの機能を変更、または提供を停止することがあります。

5. 利用の制限・停止

本規約または禁止事項に違反したサーバー・ユーザーに対しては、予告なく本Botの利用を制限、または停止することがあります。

6. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後は本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。

These Terms govern use of the Discord bot "SU | Athena" (Application ID: 1511713088657686720, "the Bot"). Adding the Bot to a server constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Bot Functionality

The Bot provides NG/emergency word detection, emergency lockdown, structural server backup and restore, automated response to suspicious activity (e.g. auto-kick), and admin-facing UI panels.

2. Prohibited Uses

Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Bot for unauthorized access or disruption
Using the Bot to harass or harm other server members
Reverse-engineering the Bot except where permitted by law
Any use that violates Discord's own Terms of Service

3. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The operator is not liable for damages resulting from false positives in automated responses such as lockdown or auto-kick. Backup/restore operations that alter server structure (including channel deletion) are destructive; the operator is not liable for outcomes even where a confirmation step preceded execution.

4. Changes to the Service

The operator may modify or discontinue the Bot's functionality without prior notice.

5. Suspension

Servers or users violating these Terms may have Bot access restricted or suspended without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
