本ポリシーは、Discord Bot「SU | Athena」（Application ID: 1511713088657686720、以下「本Bot」）が、本Botを導入したDiscordサーバー（以下「サーバー」）に関連して取得・利用する情報について説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
- メッセージ本文（通常メッセージ）: サーバー内のメッセージを、NGワード・緊急ワードの検知のためリアルタイムで走査します。検知処理のためメモリ上で一時的に参照するのみで、メッセージ本文自体を永続的に保存することはありません。
- サーバー構造情報: チャンネル、ロール、チャンネルごとの権限設定（対象メンバー・ロールのDiscord IDを含む）、サーバー設定（ワードリスト、各種機能のオン/オフ設定など）。バックアップ機能実行時に運営者が管理するサーバー（自前ホスティング環境、RedisまたはローカルJSONファイル）に保存されます。
- メンバーのロール割当情報: バックアップ実行時、メンバーのDiscordユーザーIDと、そのメンバーが保持するロールIDの組を記録します。復元（リストア）時に元のロールを再付与するために使用します。
- 監査ログ情報: サーバー設定の変更やチャンネル削除などが発生した際、Discordの監査ログAPIから実行者のユーザーIDを取得し、通知の帰属表示に利用します。この情報は長期保存を目的とせず、通知処理のために一時的に利用されます。
- 外部App（ユーザーインストール型Discord App）からのメッセージ本文: 未分類の外部Appから送信されたメッセージは、開発者によるレビューのため専用チャンネルへ本文ごと転送され、分類が完了するまでそのチャンネルに残ります。この機能はサーバー管理者ではなくBot開発者向けの内部レビュー用チャンネルが設定されている場合のみ有効です。
2. 情報の利用目的
- NGワード・緊急ワード検知による荒らし対策・緊急ロックダウンの実行
- サーバー構造のバックアップ作成および復元
- 不審なアクティビティ（大量のロール作成・チャンネル削除など）に対する自動対処（自動キック等）
- 管理者向け通知（ログチャンネルへの投稿、緊急時の管理者DM送信）
3. 第三者提供・外部送信
取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。機械学習・AIモデルの学習に利用することもありません。バックアップデータは運営者が管理するホスティング環境にのみ保存され、Discord公式インフラの外部という意味では「オフプラットフォーム」保存に該当しますが、外部の第三者サービスへは送信されません。
4. データの保存期間・削除
サーバー設定・バックアップデータは、本Botがサーバーに導入されている間保持されます。削除をご希望の場合は下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
5. オプトアウトについて
現時点で、メンバー単位でのメッセージ走査対象からの除外機能はありません。NGワード・緊急ワード検知の要否はサーバー管理者がワードリストの設定により制御できます。

This policy describes what information the Discord bot "SU | Athena" (Application ID: 1511713088657686720, "the Bot") collects and how it is used in connection with Discord servers ("servers") where the Bot is installed.
1. Information We Collect
- Message content (ordinary messages): Messages sent in a server are scanned in real time to detect configured NG/emergency trigger words. Content is only inspected in memory for this purpose and is not persisted.
- Server structure data: Channels, roles, per-channel permission overwrites (including the Discord IDs of the members/roles they target), and server configuration (word lists, per-feature toggles). Saved to storage the bot operator controls (self-hosted Redis or a local JSON file) when a backup is created.
- Member role assignments: When a backup is created, the bot records each member's Discord user ID together with the role IDs they hold, so a restore can reassign the same roles later.
- Audit log data: When events such as a configuration change or channel deletion occur, the bot looks up the executing user's ID via Discord's audit log API to attribute notices. This lookup is transient and not retained long-term.
- Message content from external (user-installed) Discord Apps: A message from an unclassified user-installed Discord App is forwarded, content included, to a dedicated review channel for the Bot developer to classify, and remains there until classified. This feature is only active if the operator has configured an internal developer review channel — it is not visible to server admins by default.
2. Purpose of Use
- Detecting NG/emergency words to run anti-raid measures and emergency lockdown
- Creating and restoring structural server backups
- Automated response (e.g. auto-kick) to suspicious activity such as bulk role creation or channel deletion
- Admin-facing notices (log channel posts, DM fan-out during emergency lockdown)
3. Third-Party Sharing / Off-Platform Storage
We do not sell or share collected data with third parties, and we do not use it to train machine learning or AI models. Backup data is stored only on infrastructure the operator controls; while that is technically "off-platform" relative to Discord's own infrastructure, it is not sent to any external third-party service.
4. Retention and Deletion
Server configuration and backup data are retained for as long as the Bot remains added to the server. Contact us at the address below to request deletion.
5. Opt-Out
There is currently no per-member opt-out from message scanning. Server admins control whether NG/emergency word detection is active via the word-list configuration.
